What we've been up to

Racing father NOT like son!
Neil

The British X30 Junior kart championship is the most competitive Junior kart series in the country this year. 55 registered and competed in the first 2 rounds. Angus Fender the reigning Midland Champion and multiple Cadet champion took the big step onto the national stage without breaking stride. At Kimbolton last weekend he drive superbly in the 3 heats to take pole and then took the initiative from lights out to chequered flag winning by 25m from the chasing pack. To win a kart race by nearly 2 seconds in almost unheard of. To win a national championship round at a circuit you have never competed at before takes real class. Following in his dads footsteps then? No he's far far quicker than I ever was. More talent in his little finger than I ever had.
